While this isn’t really “Tech” per se, we believe it should be mentioned. There are many uses for Low Gravity Action Replay Codes. These are mainly used for finding hitboxes, glitches, and invisible walls.

Level Storage is an exploit in which you use the level checkpoints to your advantage. Once you enter a level (doesn’t matter the level) and exit it, the game flags you as still in the level. So you can enter ghost bayou or spooky and beat the level from a new game. This flags you as beating the level but not beating the levels before that. So once you get to the level you stored, the game acts is if you completed the level and allows you move onto the next one. The only way this works is if you die on the level select screen, and the only known way to do currently is with AR Codes.
Butt-Bounce Storage occurs when you press Jump, Jump, and Rev-Roll very fast. This makes it so the next time Pac-Man fully jumps he will do a butt-bounce on the first frame possible.
Randomly after completing a level or boss, there's a random chance that the music becomes distorted for no reason. It is currently unknown why this occurs.
If you have a chrome ball active and flip kick while falling into swimmable water, the game stores the flip kick after going under water. So the next time you touch a box it will break automatically.
B-Doing Momentum Glitch happens when you touch an edge of collision after bouncing on a Angled B-Doing.
This happens when you press the Jump Button, then the Rev-Roll button on the same frame when landing on the ground.

Using level storage after watching the credits.

It's currently unknown how this occurrs, but this should be shown nonetheless.
Music storage is a glitch where you can force music play to in a level that you're not supposed to hear it in. If you enter a level and unplug your controller on the load screen to the make 'Please insert a controller into controller socket 1' then plug it back in, the game forgets to update to the correct music and will play the previous levels' music.
This tech is only known to work on the NTSC-U GCN Version.
Very rarely, the game can sometimes crash during load screens. Either it can occur after finishing a level/dying or entering a level from the map screen.

On the 1.0 version of the game, it's possible to get negative lives by finishing a level and dying at the same time.
(Known areas are Pac-Dot Pond, Volcanic Panic, & Magma Opus)
This is a rare glitch that only occurs on Dolphin where loading a savestate can load the textures incorrectly.
