On the floating platform in Pac-Dot Pond you can do a Rev-Jump to skip waiting for the cycle.

At the end there is a section right after the free-cycle platform at the very beginning where you are able to easily clip out of bounds. You can also go OoB at the end as well. While this offers no advantage or time save in a run, you are able to complete the level while out of bounds. This also allows you to freely explore the out of bounds area.
