Any%:

The goal of Any% is to complete the game as fast as possible with no gameplay restrictions. 

It is the most popular category in the game since it is really short and can easily learned in a few hours with all of the accessible guides and resources.

100%:

The goal of 100% is to finish every level with all fruit and pac-dots collected. 

Tokens are NOT required as they aren't counted to the 100% completion.

189 Tokens:

Complete the game with all 189 Tokens. This includes all 152 in-level tokens, bonus tokens from completing a level with 100% and time trial

152 Tokens:

The goal of a 152 Tokens speedrun is to complete the game as fast as possible while collecting all 8 in-level tokens per level. Using bonus tokens to substitute other tokens is not allowed, you must collect all 8 unique tokens per level to finish.

Low%:

The goal of a Low% speedrun is to complete the game as fast as possible with the lowest percentage.

All Time Trials:

The goal of a All Time Trials speedrun is to complete every time trial on a completed file with the lowest time possible.

All Mazes:

The goal of a All Mazes speedrun is to complete every maze in the arcade as fast as possible in any order.
