History: In the shadowy corners of the underwater world, a new villain emerged, fueled by a personal vendetta and the legacy of his mother, the notorious Sea Urchin. This is the story of the Mighty Anchovy, born Anthony Delphine, the son of a super-villainess whose heart was once captivated by the Atlantean superhero, Scuba Boy.

Anthony grew up in the deep, surrounded by tales of his mother’s exploits and the heroes who thwarted them. He was trained in the art of underwater combat and nurtured a growing resentment towards the surface dwellers, especially those with capes and masks.

The turning point came when Sea Urchin, in a rare moment of vulnerability, shared her story of a brief romance with Scuba Boy. She spoke of a date filled with laughter and a connection that seemed to transcend their opposing worlds. But Scuba Boy never called back, leaving Sea Urchin with a broken heart and a simmering rage.

Anthony watched his mother’s spirit fade and, in her sorrow, he found his purpose. He transformed himself into the Mighty Anchovy, adopting a persona that was both a tribute to his mother’s aquatic nature and a mockery of the hero who had spurned her.

The Mighty Anchovy made it his mission to torment Scuba Boy. He ambushed the hero time and again, each encounter ending with a demand: “Call Sea Urchin.” But Scuba Boy’s refusal only stoked the flames of Anthony’s anger.

Seeking allies in his quest for revenge, the Mighty Anchovy joined the Legion of Villains. They saw potential in his ferocity and promised to aid in his crusade against Scuba Boy. Together, they orchestrated elaborate schemes, each designed to tarnish the hero’s reputation and break his spirit.
