Tragedy struck when a dark force threatened Atlantis. Alaric rose to the challenge, wielding his mystical trident that controlled the tides themselves. In the ensuing battle, he saved his people but was cast out to the surface world by a treacherous advisor seeking the throne.

Alone and adrift, Alaric adopted the identity of Fish Man. His heroics didn’t go unnoticed, and soon, Captain Amazing approached him with an offer to join the League of Heroes as a founding member. Despite skepticism from others, Fish Man’s valiant efforts proved his worth, earning him respect and a place among the greatest heroes.

Fish Man’s nephew, a spirited young adventurer known as Scuba Boy, idolized his uncle’s heroism.
