Welcome to Empire City, a city full of heroes who are... Not So Amazing. Captain Amazing finds himself voted out of the League of Heroes after an embarrassing public defeat by D-List supervillain, The Clog, and tries desperately to find a way back in. For help he turns to his best friend, Night Scorpion, who has a similar run of bad luck, causing his expulsion from the prestigious superhero team as well. Joined by goofy misfit hero Scuba Boy, these heroes set out to prove that while they may be Not So Amazing, they are still pretty damn good.
