The Sierra Foothills Amateur Radio Club, allow s Placer County ARES to use their Repeater for weekly Sunday night nets. Several of the Placer County ARES® members are members of the Sierra Foothills Amateur Radio Club. If you are interested in join the SFARC go to their website at: www.w6ek.org.
The SFARC is a very active club. The hold VE session and Upgrade class. The club even has a four wheel drive unit. Every March the club hosts the Loomis Hamfest at the Loomis Train Station Downtown.

Ham License Testing - First Tuesdays, 6:00 PM, Round Table Pizza
WPARC offers ham radio license testing on the first Tuesday of each month. Arrive at Round Table Pizza Clubhouse in Roseville ready to test between 6:00 and 6:30 PM. Our friendly volunteer examiners will greet you and proctor your exam. If you have any questions about the exam session then you may contact Lou by email.

WPARC holds Member Meetings on the third Tuesday of each month at the Round Table Pizza Clubhouse in Roseville. Enjoy some pizza, salad, and a beer or soda while you enjoy meeting new and old friends. Meetings are also held on Zoom Meetings so you can participate from almost anywhere.
The WPARC is an active club. They hold VE sessions. They host the Lincoln HamFest every September at McBean Park in Lincoln, CA.

The Lincoln Hills Amateur Radio Group is a group of amateur radio enthusiasts who operate the W6LHR repeater for Lincoln Hills residents with an amateur radio license. The Group meets at the South Tower on the corner of East Joiner and Del Webb Blvd at 6:30 PM and conducts a network at 7 PM every Monday evening on the W6LHR Repeater at 147.030 MHz.
