The WALE of AREIT asset are highly skwed overall.
The Hotel, Retail and especially the Industrial lots have decades of WALE value.
The Office have more half a decade value.
The RCR WALE value for Mall are not like the Retail sector of AREIT. It does not have a long term lease agreement with the parent company but rather it looks like the office WALE data. Note that for RCR, Mall also have offices like BPO tenant.
