CREIT Asset

Here are the property infused by CREIT as of Sept 2024.

The first infusion are from proceeds of the  IPO. While the next two sets are from the proceeds of the ASEAN Green bonds. In 2024 they were busy with the IPO of the parent company CREC that they did not infused an asset. But in 2025, they plan to infuse more properties.

Mapping of CREIT Property with CREC designations.

The assets of CREIT is sometimes confusing with the naming of assets of designation of its parent company. For example they designate 4 properties named Batangas 1-4 but it is mapped to only two power plant named Batangas 1-2 for CREC.  This causes confusion when reading presentation of  CREIT and CREC.

The following are my mapping of known CREIT property with the CREC power plant. Based on my personal understanding.

Teal - has an operating power plant but not infused to CREIT. I guess there is a reason why they did not infuse them.

Yellow - has a power plant in construction, but not yet infused in CREIT.
