Raw Data

The following table tries to show raw data of known occupancy rate per REIT stocks.

The occupancy rate for the following Stocks are not tracked because of various reason

• CREIT

  • Because their occupancy is mostly 100% there is no point tracking

• PREIT

  • The 2 power plant they have as of 2025 is also mostly 100%

• VREIT

  • The occupancy rate was the same since IPO which makes it meaningless to track.

The Asset Type is tracked differently  per company.
