WALE  or Weighted Average Lease Expiry.  

It is used to determine the stability and risk of the income stream from a commercial property or portfolio of properties with multiple tenants.

In other words higher WALE the better.

WALE like Occupancy rate can be seen in different aspects.

• Overall WALE of the REIT for all asset

• WALE per Asset Type per REIT Company

  • only AREIT and RCR has published

• WALE per Asset
