FILRT Asset

As of Aug 2025, FILRT  has so far infused two property after IPO which is the Boracay property and Festival Mall properties. 

During 2024 4th quarter of a capped share swap of FLI with FILRT shares. This caused the public float of FILRT to increase. Thus allowing them to perform asset infusion in the future.

Early 2025, It was announced that the Alabang Festival Mall will be infused.
