How is the year on year percentage computed?

Since not all quarters have data, only the quarter with values for previous and current year will consider the value of the quarter.

How the percentage is computed is further explained in the image below.

• For the 2021 of the 3 stocks, since the previous year have no value, no percentage is shown.

• For 2021 of MREIT, since there is no 1st and 2nd quarters values, only the 3rd and 4th quarters values are considered in the rate of change.

• For 2022 of FILRT, since there is no 1st quarter values, only the last 3 quarters values are considered in the rate of change.

• For 2022 of CREIT, since there is no 1st-3rd quarter values, only the 4th quarters values are considered in the rate of change.

• For 2025 of the 3 stocks, since the 4th quarter values is not yet available, only the 1st-3rd quarters are considered in the rate of change.
