In 2024, two phases of infusion was performed.
For the first quarter, the Seda Lio property was purchased with cash. Around 3rd quarter they sold 3 out of the 6 condominium units of the BPI Philam Alabang assets to purchase Seda Lio.
For the 3rd quarter, the 5 properties were infused thru an asset for share swap.
