The occupancy rate of CREIT, PREIT are always 100% so far as of 2024. This is because they are renting to power plant which do not change the occupant hence they also have a large WALE.

As for the VREIT their occupancy has been the same since IPO up until 2023, hence I think the value is not that important. Hence the sheet is not updated anymore.

For the AREIT Alabang property, up until 2024 1H, the Alabang had 6k worth of GLA, but they sold 3 out of the 6 units at 2024 2nd half hence the GLA is smaller in the GLA column but the computation for the older data used the older GLA. So far it is the only case where the GLA was reduced for a property but there might be other cases in the future.
