The following are the WALE of each REIT property. The values are for overall REIT properties.
AREIT, there was a bump on the WALE during 2024 since they infused the Giga Ace solar power asset which skewed the data. To read AREIT please see the per asset type.
FILRT, also has a massive bump on WALE since the inclusion of the Filinvest Mall last 2H 2025. Unfortunately they do not have data of WALE per office only.
