Peninsula Tower Resident Portal (Website, Mobile App, and AI Concierge)

Peninsula Tower respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use:
- the Peninsula Tower website and resident dashboard,
- the Peninsula Tower mobile app, and
- Peninsula Tower’s AI concierge services (including phone, SMS, and email interactions).

- Identity details: name, apartment/unit number, resident type, UID
- Contact details: phone number, email address
- Request data: maintenance, incident, move, internet/MDF access, FOB, LPR, smartphone access, meter/NMI requests
- Building interaction data: request status, timestamps, updates, approvals/denials
- Communication data: SMS/email content, call metadata, and where enabled, call recordings/transcripts for service quality and training
- Device/app data: basic app and usage diagnostics needed to operate and improve the service
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- verify resident identity and apartment eligibility
- process and manage building service requests
- send updates and confirmations by app, SMS, phone, and email
- operate resident access and onboarding workflows (including UID and access-related requests)
- publish building notices and updates
- improve service quality, operations, and safety
- meet legal, regulatory, and building management obligations
3. Legal Basis (Where Applicable)
We process personal information where reasonably necessary to:
- provide building-related services requested by residents,
- manage building operations and safety,
- comply with legal obligations, and
- support legitimate interests in secure and efficient service delivery.

We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose information to trusted service providers that help us run building services, such as:
- cloud/document systems
- communications platforms (SMS/voice/email)
- workflow and automation tools

We retain information only as long as needed for:
- active service delivery,
- building operational records,
