Everyone needs a secret garden in their life and you’re invited to visit Wendy Whiteley’s Secret Garden, a public garden and much loved oasis in the heart of Sydney.

Located a short walk over the Sydney Harbour Bridge, or a closer stroll from Milsons Point and North Sydney train stations, the Secret Garden is a haven where you can explore meandering pathways discovering sculptures as you go; enjoy a picnic basket or read a book at one of the tables or benches beneath the garden’s canopy; or you can simply enjoy the nature and serenity of your beautiful surrounds. You may even stumble across a hidden fairy house.

Created over the past 20 years by artist Wendy Whiteley, wife and muse of Australian artist Brett Whiteley, the Secret Garden is nestled behind Luna Park in one of Sydney's most spectacular, and possibly smallest suburbs, Lavender Bay.

Whilst the garden is free and open to the public seven days a week, there are steep inclines and a range of steps. Whilst visitors with limited mobility may only be able to access the uppermost sections of the garden via Clark Park, you are sure to enjoy to your visit.

Based in Kirribilli, on the edge of Sydney Harbour, Ensemble Theatre is committed to performing and presenting the best of international plays, well-loved classics and new Australian works.

Talk about shopping with a view – The Kirribilli Markets are one of Sydney’s oldest and most popular markets located right next to the Harbour Bridge! Featuring stalls selling, new and recycled fashion and accessories, emerging local fashion designers, home and giftwares, arts and craft, jewellery, plants and gourmet foods, pop by and you’ll be sure to find something to take home. The markets are on twice a month.

You know Spring has truly arrived when the streets turn purple! Jacaranda season is officially here and we’re loving the happy ambience & good vibes that come with it. McDougall Street is one of the most beautiful streets in Sydney boasting canopies of magnificent jacaranda trees. You’ll find it only a short stroll from our doorstep so make sure you bring a camera to grab a snap of all the beauty!
