Provide at least 5 days notice to the strata manager and building manager via email.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of your notice, please contact the strata manager directly via telephone. Do not assume your move is approved without written acknowledgment.
You must pay a $500 moving bond to the strata manager, “that will be refunded once no damage to the common areas or the lift is reported”. Please arrange by emailing a request to the strata manager.
You will be given exclusive access to use elevator number 2, protective materials will be installed in the elevator.
A lift key is used to lock the elevator for your exclusive use while you are moving in or out.
The lift key is located in a secure key box behind the emergency exit door on the level 2 foyer, which is accessible by your fob or smart device.
To use the lock key, locate the “Lift Service” lock, place the key in the lock and turn clockwise to the “Park Start” position. (See figure 1 & 2)
When you finish using the elevator, change the key lock position back to the “Norm” position. (See Figure 2)

As per the By-laws you are required to use the carpark entrance to move in/out bulky items, you must NOT move in/out from the level 2 main lobby. Please use Level 1 or 3 car park levels to move your bulky goods.
It is not permitted to move bulky goods in or out of the building at any time on a Sunday or outside of 8am and 4:30pm on any other day.
Our loading bay is located in the level 3 car park and will need to be booked if required to be used. Please note we have a 2 meter height restriction for any vehicle entering the car park. If the removalist vehicle exceeds the 2 meter height restriction they will be required to park on the street.
Often removalists will double park in front of the building, as it is difficult to find two consecutive meter parking spaces to fit a large truck.
If your removalist chooses to not park in the meter parking and parks in front of the building they must not block any of our garage entries or the main building entry.
Lift 2 will have the lift curtains installed, This helps prevent damage when transporting tools, materials, and debris.
If however you change the date of moving at short notice you will need to give a further 3 days notice, alternatively you will be responsible for paying a $120 fee to cover the cost of a contractor to install the protective curtains at short notice.
Please note: Moving in or out is not permitted without lift protection in place.
The lift key must be replaced immediately after use.
The removal trucks tend to be over 2 meters and will not fit into our loading bay. The removalist will have to park their truck on the street or in the meter parking spots on the street.

If you are planning on keeping pets at Peninsula Tower you must fill in the keeping of animals application form and inform your agent before you plan to move in, this allows the approval process to take place which can take up to 6 days.
Your meter number can be provided to you by assking the AI assistant
Meter numbers are located on the physical meter which located under the kitchen bench. You agent will need to provide you this number if needed.
You will need to contact your prefered ISP and provde at least 5 days notice if access ir required to the MDF room
Nothing needs to be done, water is always connected and paid for by the owner.
