Household items such as , electrical good and furniture etc that do not belong in the green Yellow bins must not be left on top or near the bins.

North Sydney council provides a collection service (every fortnight) that you can be booked to have your items collected.

Please do not dump rubbish on the street without booking it with North Sydney council.

Items must only be placed out ONE DAY BEFORE your booked collection day. If placed out earlier, you will be asked to remove items from the street immediately or fines apply.

Household Waste Clean Up

Every second Monday there is a Council pickup for residential household items.

There are two ways to book in your pick up:

On each of the garage floors we have provided both general waste and recycling bins, the bins are colour coded

General waste “RED LID” bin

You can place all general waste in this bin such as, Food scrap, please see below a detailed list of what is acceptable.

Bins located at levels 3, 5, 6, 7

Recycling waste “Yellow LID” bin

You can place all recyclable waste in this bin such as glass and paper, please see below a detailed list of what is acceptable.

To conserve space in each bin, all cardboard boxes must be cut into smaller pieces and placed in the appropriate bin. Cardboard boxes must never be left outside the bin, if the bins are full on your garage level please use a bin at another garage level.

Recycling waste “Green” bin

You can place all garden organic waste in this bin such as grass, food scraps, please see below a detailed list of what is acceptable.
