Water Isolation Valves

Hot water

Hot water is supplied via gas boilers which are located in the level 27 plant room. The gas consumed to heat the boilers is apportioned and then paid by each resident.

Each apartment has a hot water meter which is located in the Laundry. The meter is used to measure the amount of water used per quarter which is then divided used to apportion the building's gas usage.

Apartment Isolation Valves

Each apartment has 2 or 3 cold water isolation valves and 1 hot water isolation valve. The location of the valves will depend on the apartment type. There are 5 apartments types

Level 8-22 Apartments numbers ending in 01, 02 and 03

Levels 23-26 Apartments numbers ending in 01 and 02

Building water mains isolation Valve

The building isolation valve is located in front of the building

The following diagrams show where the valves are located for each apartment type.

Note:In all apartment types the hot water isolation valve is located in the laundry under the basin.
