Peninsula Tower is in the process of migrating to a new intercom system. During the migration all residents will be offered a mobile app to answer intercom calls.
The old intercom system will remain in your aparintercomtment until new cabling and a new interco is installed in your apartment .
Mailroom deliveries: While we transition.
When receiving parcels, on the existing intercom please press the number 1 key to open the mailroom door, please do not open the foyer entrance door.
Alternatively after answering the call in your mobile app, end the call and use the identity app to open the mailroom door.
Visitor access to your floor:
When receiving visitor calls, on the existing intercom please press the number key button, this will open the main entrance door and engage the elevators to your floor.
Note: When receiving parcels please press the number 1 key to open the mailroom door, please do not open the foyer entrance door.
NEW INTERCOM VIEWER
Once the cabling is installed in everyones apartment the old system will be replaced with the new UNifi intercom. The function of opening the mailroom door and allowing visitor access will be simplified.
The new Ubiquiti Intercom Viewer features a suoer bright 720 x 1280 high resolution display and is designed for "crystal clear" full-duplex audio.
