Intercom user guide

Peninsula Tower is in the process of migrating to a new intercom system. During the migration all residents will be offered a mobile app to answer intercom calls.

The old intercom system will remain in your apartment until new cabling and a new intercom is installed in your apartment .

Mailroom deliveries:

Answering the call from your intercom

When receiving a call from a courier, you must first end the call end then select Mailroom to open the Mailroom door, Please do not open the foyer entrance door.

Answering the call from your intercom

Alternatively after answering the call in your mobile app, end the call and use the identity app to open the mailroom door.

Visitor access to your floor:

When receiving visitor calls, on your intercom or mobile phone please press the blue Unlock button, this will open the main entrance door and engage the elevators to your floor.

NEW INTERCOM VIEWER - Operating instructions

As of the 29th of Aug 2026, residents have been gradually updated to the new intercom system. Once the cabling is installed in your apartment the old system will be replaced with the new touch display UNiFi intercom, this will occur gradually over the coming weeks / months. 

The new Ubiquiti Intercom Viewer features a super bright 720 x 1280 high resolution touch display and is designed for "crystal clear" full-duplex audio.

OLDER INTERCOM  - Operating instrucitons for residents who have not been upgraded to the new interom yet.

The older Comelit intercom can no longer receive calls, however pressing the Key button will still open the main entrance door and angage the elevagtor allowing for guerst to travel to your floor

Mailroom deliveries: While we transition

The old Comelit intercom can no longer receive calls, however still operates to open the entrance door, allow visitors to your floor and open thr mailroom door.

Opening the mailroom door:

This function is no longer supported on the old Comlit intercom

Visitor access to your floor:

On the existing intercom please press the number  key button, this will open the main entrance door and engage the elevators to your floor.
