The peninsula Tower by-laws states a person may keep an animal in a Lot as long as the pet has been registered and approved by the strata committee. 

A person may keep an assistance dog in a Lot if needed because that person is visually or hearing impaired. 

Pets must enter and exit via the level 3 car park or be carried through the foyer. 

The Owners Corporation requires the Owner or Occupier to provide evidence that any animal is an assistance animal under s 9 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992. 

The registration process involves filling in a pet application form. The pet will require to be vaccinated, be fitted with a micro chip and have a council registration number

You must not allow your visitors to bring animals into Peninsula Tower unless they are assistance dogs and your visitors are visually or hearing impaired or the pet is registered.
