Rules

1. Underaged accounts are NOT allowed and will be temporarily banned, as DeviantArt and Discord are both 13+.

2. Swearing IS allowed, but usage of swearwords or slurs to attack or demean another member/member of staff is NOT allowed and will either result in a warning or ban. (Case-by-case basis)

3. You are not allowed to share an account or use multiple accounts in Peaks of Avo and doing so will result in a warning and the extra account being banned. All accounts are one per person only.

4. You are allowed to switch accounts, but you must reach out to a staff member and agree to have the old account be banned for safety purposes. Requests to switch accounts will be approved or denied on a case-by-case basis.

5. Spamming the Discord or Deviantart Group is not allowed and will either get you a warning or a ban depending on severity. Submitting multiple PoA related artworks to the DA group is not considered spamming.

6. Use the correct channels and make sure to double check which Discord channel you are using before you send your message(s). Repeated failure to do so can result in a warning.

7. Respect other users' conversations in the Discord and do not cut them off. That is rude. Repeat offenses may result in a warning.

8. Do not delete messages in the Discord. Instead, please edit them or ask a staff member to delete your message for you.

9. Make sure to read the Pinned messages and Channel Rules in the Discord Server. Those rules are easier to update and may change at random with a reminder to re-read the rules in the Change Logs channel.

10. Stealing art or Tracing without permission is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban on your account. You are allowed to use Free-2-Use references or free stock photos though.

11. The use of AI to generate artworks or writing is strictly prohibited and is cause for a permanent ban from the group and the discord. We do not tolerate the use of Generative AI in Peaks of Avo.

12. Peaks of Avo does not allow any NSFW/Fetish art due to it's PG-13 rating. If you want to make NSFW or Fetish related art, please do so outside of the PoA group. (Or join Cerifikn-Nation, as those topics are allowed there due to it's 18+ rating.)

13. You are not allowed to delete or edit your approval/application sheets without staff approval. Doing so will cause whatever you deleted/edited to be wiped from your account and it is incredibly difficult to get it back afterwards.

14. Please Censor, Spoil, and/or add Trigger Warnings to art with disturbing themes such as gore, common phobias, and things that may trigger people with PTSD and/or other illnesses. Please try to avoid heavy gore, flashing lights, fast moving images, eyestrain, etc. (Pikku-Peruna(Me) has a history of Epilepsy in his family and I do NOT want this group to give me a seizure.)

15. Pedophiles, Incest, and those that partake in either are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in both Peaks of Avo AND Cerifikn-Nation. Anyone found out to participate in that content will be permanently banned. (And reported to the best of staff's ability)

Warnings work on a "Three Strike Out" system.

1st Warning: Get told off

2nd Warning: Get told off

3rd Warning: Get told off and placed under supervision

After your 3rd warning, you are given a 24 hour ban for any other infractions that result in a possible ban.

If you continue to break the rules after this 24hr ban, you will be permanently banned from the Peaks of Avo group.
