When speaking to a CTSFO member, you MUST address them by their callsign. For example, if you are talking to someone and you see that their callsign is CT-2, then you MUST call them by that callsign.
If you are talking to someone and you are not sure what their callsign is, then you can ask them there callsign so you dont say a name in front of people, as you can't be sure who can hear it.
Information about CTSFO can be found at the CTSFO Hub.
When speaking to a TRIDENT member, you MUST address them by their callsign. For example, if you are talking to someone and you see that their callsign is TX-1, then you MUST call them by that callsign.
If you are talking to someone and you are not sure what their callsign is, then you can ask them what it is so that you do not call them by their name in front of people, as you can't be sure who can hear it. The same goes for anyone that is TRIDENT Support, so TXP and TXD.
Information about Trident can be found at the TRIDENT Hub.
As an officer, you will be in situations where you need to talk to them. If the CID member, has their policing clothing such as their vest, hat and mask, then you must address them as OFFICER. You should NOT call them by their callsign and you should not call them by their name. Both of these can leak their identities. If the CID member is in plain civilian clothing without their policing clothing, you must treat them as an ordinary civilian.
More information on CID can be found at the CID Hub.
As an officer it is your responsibility to report and/or handle any crimes you witness being committed. In the situation where you witness an organised crime group committing cirmes such as bank robberies, store robberies, possession of a firearm, kidnapping etc. In these situations, taking photos and uploading a clip to YouTube etc. You should use the evidence gathered to submit an Intel Form which then provides information to TRIDENT Command to issue warrants.
You do not have to act on every organised crime group having a weapon, as long as you fill out an intel form. This is not corruption. More information on corruption can be found here.
If you do end up detaining an organised crime group member, please contact a member of CTSFO or TRIDENT for support.
