Denying right to a Solicitor

This section will cover the main reasons you are able to deny someone a solicitor after being arrested.Use your knowledge as a police officer whether to deny someone's rights or allow them to continue.Remember if someone asks for a solicitor their intent most of the time is to roleplay. 

❌Solicitor continues to show up in unsuitable clothing after being told to change.

❌The arrested suspect attempts to escape lawful custody.

❌Solicitor turns up after the 10 minute time period. (Within reason try to be flexible)

❌Solicitor attempts to enter the building with illegal weapons / items.

❌The suspect performs a rulebreak in the cells e.g (exploiting, toxicity)

❌If a suspect from the same situation NLR’s, they cannot be their solicitor.
