Create a behavior matrix showing what those expectations look like in all school settings (hallways, restrooms, cafeteria, classroom, etc.)
Use direct instruction, role-plays, videos, and visuals to teach expected behaviors
Re-teach after long breaks or when data shows an increase in problem behaviors
Explain to students how they can earn tokens, points, or praise for following expectations
Give examples: “You’ll earn a Buck when you walk quietly in the hallway.”
Common Tier 1 Reinforcement Tools:
Mascot Bucks / Blazer Bucks

Digital point systems (e.g., ClassDojo)
