- To schedule community/club events, and assign portions of the planning and implementation of said operations & events to team.
- To act as a liaison between the club as well as the administrative and faculty branches of Skidmore.

- To maintain ties with outside agencies and determine the nature of such ties with Pass the Mic.

- To conduct interviews that are broadcasted live on WSPN and shared online.
- To conduct pre-interviews with upcoming guests in preparation for episodes.
- To conduct debriefs after episodes with the guest and life team to receive feedback.
- To work alongside the Manager(s) in creating guest lineups for each season.
- To mentor and direct the Assistant Hosts in their role.
- To create “outlines” for upcoming episodes (simple plans for the format of the episode).
- To attend WSPN “big meeting” in the beginning of the semester with the DJ and Assistant Hosts.
- To attend WSPN training and be comfortable with all radio equipment.

- To share episodes in social media posts on a consistent time and day every week.
- To brainstorm social media strategies to engage our audience.
- To keep track of success of certain posts, our target audiences, etc.
- To draft descriptions and titles for new episodes on Soundcloud.

- To brainstorm innovative ideas for website, and work with other board members.

- Record live shows, exclusive interviews, episode debriefs, and additional broadcast/ recorded events
- To handle bringing, setting up, and monitoring the audio recording equipment during every show.
- To initiate relationship with Media Services, if a recorder, external mics, xlr cables, etc are not already owned.
