Feelings of sad and joy are in the mix as we release Episode 9 of Season 4, the last episode of the semester! In the final episode of the season, Mya and Rayyan sat down to discuss mental illness. Their conversation touched on the struggles of anxiety and depression, finding professionals that understand and respect one’s identities, and the day to day difficulties that are tied to living with a mental illness.
