Why Pass The Mic?:

I joined Pass The Mic for many reasons but of the most important, I chose this platform and community because I wanted to have a place at Skidmore where I could definitively say I belong, and this space was open enough for me to do so. Other than that, I was really interested in its appeal to social justice on our campus and society through archiving and sharing the narratives and philosophies of people with target identities.

Goals for PTM?:

I would like for Pass The Mic to become an outlet and community for Skidmore students that have yet to find out who we are, but are interested in sharing their stories, whether those have to do with their target identities, their ideas or creative outlets.
