Product Manager

At Orcasound, we’re proud to work on web-based projects that benefit marine conservation efforts. To help us continue to scale the UX team, product managers help lead a multidisciplinary product effort. Product Managers at Orcasound know or desire to learn how to strategize the full UX to development lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. Product Managers are confident leaders who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve user experience of Orcasound webpages and web-apps.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and discovery research, comparative analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, UX project teams, and engineering volunteers in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
