Take in Some Air by Julianna Draper
See I haven’t opened the window in maybe three whole months
And my mom keeps telling me ‘it’s easier when you break it into chunks’
But half of my wardrobe lives on the floor
And I’m pretty sure those cups shouldn’t be here anymore
There’s a charity bag on the floor of clothes I never wear
And every time I enter the room, I’m pretty almost sure I lose a little more hair
I have a few more months at most, precious time left to spare
And I’m sure life would be better, if I opened the window to let in some air
