Naseeha’s toll-free and confidential helpline 1.866.NASEEHA is open everyday. Youth can access a peer counsellor if they are feeling anxious, alone, depressed, or just need someone to talk to.
Naseeha’s textline 1.866.NASEEHA hours are Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 9 pm Eastern Time.
