As you can guess, SULE II stands for Small Unit Leadership Exercise II. This is a squad-sized tactical exercise. Similar to SULE I, you will receive a combat order from higher, in this case a Platoon Commander, and then create your own order which you will issue to your fire team LEADERS only. Then fire team leaders then give VERY BRIEF instructions to their fire teams. The fire team leaders are not really evaluated for their order in this case. The most important information the fire team leaders can pass to their team is mission and tasking statement.
This exercise can be extremely frustrating as well, but please don't take it our on your peers! Everyone is going through the same shit. If you are one of the last ones to go, as I was, your peers will be very exhausted and just not into it anymore. Stick it out until the end! Your peers are depending on you!
