A big portion of your leadership grade is the "Command Evaluation." To the best of my knowledge, this is the staff's overall estimate of your leadership ability. This is an ongoing assessment that begins on Day 1 and ends right before graduation. When final grades are posted, you're not done. Exceptional leadership must extend throughout your entire career!
The leadership traits are drilled into your head at OCS, so I can only assume the instructors evaluate you according to these traits. The instructors are always watching, so I'll try to go over things which may help or hurt your grade.
