Leadership is a really important. graded portion of OCS that can be subjective. I have never been on the staff of OCS or TBS, so I cannot make any concrete points about how leadership is graded. The best advice I can give you to to instill confidence in your instructions that you can be a leader of Marines. That you can be depended on to make the right decisions, to be fair, and a good example.
