PMS 308 NWCG Wildland Fire Position Qualification Flow Chart

If you do not need FFT2 for a qualification and you are seeking a different qualification (i.e.. COMT, RADO, READ etc.)

See below the PMS308- NWCG Wildland Fire Position Qualification Flow Chart, this shows all fire position qualifications, their prerequisites, Work Capacity Test needs, and courses required to acquire a fire position qualification.  For qualifications that need IS-100 and IS-700, it is recommend you take the courses via the Resource Advisor tab, and then email completion certificates to your Training Officer. Then the Training Officer will in turn get them to NWOIFM Fire Training Specialist(Opal DePue)> IQCS.   

If you are FWS please turn your completion certificates into your Training Officer, contact information located in this site under Training Officers Contact Information.

Also, email your Training Officer or call to discuss initiating/reissuing position task books.  If you are a Supervisor Office employee or Angell Job Corp Staff your POC will be Opal DePue.
