If you have had an Incident Qualification Card produced from IQCS you can access your qualification record utilizing your Linc pass and run your own IQCS Master Record Report (C028) as needed. Below are instructions on how to access and download your master record.
*Note* If your email address in IQCS is not your email address assigned to your Linc Pass it will need to be updated to access your account.
