Creative Inspiration
Situation: Present an analysis of three 'creative' artists, selecting two artworks/creations by each artist to investigate methods and ideas
Discovery: Consider a creative discipline you are interested in - Design, Painting, Photography, Printmaking or Photography. Investigate the genre/style that excites you. Look to select three 'creative' artists in your selected discipline
Interpretation: Research some background about each creative. What do they create/make? What is it that they want to say in their work? What motivates them to make the work they do?
Ideation: Select two artworks/creations by each artist. State details of the artworks e.g.: title, media, size etc. Make notes about the ideas of the artworks and the methods (techniques, media and processes) the artists used
Experimentation: From the information you have research about ideas and methods, put the information together in a series of bullet points or paragraphs. Compare and contrast the similarities and differences with each artist
Outcome: Present evidence in written form or PowerPoint that analyses methods and ideas of three 'creative' artists including comparing and contrasting the similarities and differences according to a context. Reference all your source material.
