Checking your DCP using DaVinci Resolve

Checking Your DCP in DaVinci Resolve

It will not always be possible to check your DCP in the cinema before your screening. You can use Resolve to check sync, audio mapping etc.

Locate your exported DCP and add it to the Media Pool.

Note1: If you checked your universal master thougorly you DCP will not need checking all the way through.

Note 2: Resolve transforms the DCP's XYZ colour space to Rec709 for viewing.

You can check audio track assignment and sync.
