「社區萬花筒」
展覽簡介 About The Exhibition
萬花筒之奧秘，在於能夠透過光線反射，將實物帶到眾人面前。身處於急遽變化的香港，社區內不同面貌，有如萬花筒般變幻莫測、充滿驚喜。是次展覽透過不同作品，將社區的不同面貌及多樣性呈現眼前。
Looking through a kaleidoscope is fascinating, as images of real objects can be instantly brought to life through the reflection of light. With Hong Kong rapidly changing, different aspects of our community stand out as kaleidoscopic images. This exhibition provides the public with an opportunity to learn more about a variety of features that can be found in our community.

#1 以小見大
Nature Matters
人為的發展，早己令大自然喘不過氣。興建中大橋前的兩隻小白鷺，能否適應香港「以經濟為中心」的發展模式？
Human development has already affected the wildlife habitat. The egrets in front of the bridge, where construction is underway, raise a critical question: Would they be accustomed to Hong Kong's "economic-oriented" development model?

Kau Yi Chau
交椅洲，也許大家以往聞所未聞，但這卻是計劃中的「東大嶼都會」 (或作「明日大嶼」) 的所在地。當經歷填海、造地過後，這個地方又會變成甚麼模樣呢？
You may not be familiar with a place called Kau Yi Chau, but it is where the East Lantau Metropolis (or Lantau Tomorrow Vision) would be implemented. What would happen after reclamation shortly?

#3 十面埋伏 Drowned
中華白海豚，一直被視作為香港的吉祥物，然而，到了今時今日，它們的生存空間卻被各項發展以及遊客「呃like」之滋擾行為所扼殺。
Hong Kong's mascot, the Chinese White Dolphin, is being strangled by different development projects and disruptive tourist behavior.

#4 樹屋共融 Houses for Trees, Trees for Houses
大樹盤踞於荒廢的屋子，為荒郊帶來一絲點綴。樹木與建築物本可以「兼容並蓄」。反觀我城之管理者，對樹木的包容似乎失卻了。要真真正正「人樹共融」，是否仍遙不可及？
The standing trees at obsolete houses have brought signs of glitter to the countryside. How long will it take for "people, trees, harmony" to become a reality when trees and buildings truly coexist?

東龍島是香港一座優美且保留天然面貌的小島。然而，其對岸的高爾夫球場工地為海岸線留下一道又一道「疤痕」。
Tung Lung Island is widely known as a "natural paradise" island of Hong Kong, but the construction of a golf course nearby has left scars on the coastline.

Floating Trash
由四方八面漂來的垃圾，在本港多處海岸留下痕跡。人類過度消費與傾倒垃圾的行為，令海洋生態蒙受不必要的代價。
The coastlines of Hong Kong have been scarred by trash floating from different directions. Overconsumption and dumping caused by human activities have adversely affected marine ecosystems.

#11 核心中的核心 Core of the Core
港九兩岸高樓處處，唯獨維多利亞港，為人煙稠密核心中的獨特天然空間，遊人能在此暫離煩囂，垂釣者樂此不疲。
Located between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, Victoria Harbor is a unique natural space that is uncluttered by the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a relaxing place for visitors while anglers enjoy fishing.

New Life at Turbulence
生命，無處不在，細小的草苗，也可以激流下的岩石萌芽、成長。如此頑強的生命力，恰成我們接觸大自然的切入點。
