Adverbs in Naucan do not change for case, number, or gender. They are grammatically invariable.
Adverbs usually appear after the verb.
Many adverbs end in -s. There is also a suffix -sse that turns adjectives into adverbs:
bēs (well)
saru (happy) → sarusse (happily)
