1.Origin

Reimund Stroh was born in Schwäbisch Hall, a historic town in Armbruster, to Margarete and Heinrich Stroh. His father was an engineer, and his mother was a schoolteacher, which instilled in him a strong foundation in both technical and social disciplines. Growing up, Stroh developed a keen interest in technology and engineering, influenced by his father's profession and the industrial heritage of his hometown.             

2.Pfofessional Career

Stroh pursued higher education at the University of Schwäbisch Hall, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. He continued his studies with a Master's degree in Information Technology from the same institution. During his university years, Stroh was actively involved in research projects focusing on telecommunications and digital networks.

After completing his education, Stroh began his professional career at a leading telecommunications firm in Stuttgart. His expertise in digital networks and innovative approach to problem-solving quickly earned him a series of promotions. Stroh played a pivotal role in the development and deployment of next-generation broadband infrastructure across Armbruster, significantly improving the country's digital connectivity.

In 2010, Stroh transitioned to the public sector, joining the Ministry of Digital Affairs as a senior advisor. In this role, he oversaw numerous projects aimed at enhancing the nation's digital infrastructure, including the expansion of high-speed internet access to rural areas and the implementation of smart city technologies.

3.Political Career

Reimund Stroh's political career began with his election to the Bundestag in 2014 as a member of the Socialist Party of Armbruster (SPA). His platform focused on digital innovation, sustainable transportation, and technological advancements. Stroh quickly established himself as a forward-thinking legislator, advocating for policies that promoted digital inclusion and modernized transportation systems.

In 2018, Stroh was appointed as the Deputy Minister for Digital and Transport, where he played a crucial role in advancing the government's digital agenda and transportation initiatives. His efforts were instrumental in the development of the National Digital Strategy, which aimed to position Armbruster as a leader in digital innovation and smart infrastructure.

In 2024, following a coalition agreement between the SPA and the Green Party, Stroh was appointed as the Federal Minister for Digital and Transport.
