1.Origin

Lena Ricka was born and raised in Ravensburg, Armbruster, to parents Katrin and Michael Ricka. Her mother was a primary school teacher, and her father was a university professor, which fostered her early interest in education and academic excellence. Growing up in an academically inclined household, Ricka developed a passion for learning and teaching from a young age. She attended Ravensburg High School, where she excelled in literature and social sciences.              

2.Pfofessional Career

Ricka pursued higher education at the University of Ravensburg, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Education. She continued her studies with a Master's degree in Educational Policy from the same institution. During her academic career, Ricka was actively involved in various research projects focusing on inclusive education and the integration of technology in teaching.

After completing her education, Ricka began her professional career as an educational consultant, working with schools and educational institutions to develop inclusive curricula and teaching strategies.
