Year 9 Loops, Samples & Remix

TASK

• Use Bandlab to compose / remix a music track using any or all of the following elements:

  • 1. Loops from the loop library     

  • 2. MIDI Instrument sounds     

  • 3. Imported samples/songs for remixing   

  • 4. Imported MIDI from Noteflight

• Alternatively, create a backing track for your favourite four chord song

• Before composing, watch one or more of the tutorials below to help you.

• If you wish, import samples from the folder below or from other online sources.

• If you wish, first organise your ideas in Noteflight, export as MIDI, then import to Bandlab to apply a range of MIDI instrument sounds and effects.

• Alternatively, create your final track in Noteflight if you prefer.
