Enrolment Form for Individual Music Lessons

Pupils are strongly encouraged to take up a woodwind, brass or bowed string instrument (listed below) giving them the opportunity to join the school's orchestras and bands.

It is normally possible for pupils to begin lessons 2-4 weeks after this enrolment form is submitted. Early submission is encouraged to allow space to be created in the teaching timetable.

Parents will be contacted once their son/daughter has been allocated to a teacher and his/her first lesson has been arranged.
