Chord Play

Our piece is comprised mostly of layer guitar riffs and drum beats. The transitions between verses, the choruses, and the middle eight are surprising instead of being smooth. We wanted to create an effect of uncertainty and exciting beats. Our intro is somewhat relaxed and has a slow intro to the song, then the verses gradually build up to the chorus. The texture is relatively smooth and light. We can see the different timbres in the guitars and drums. Also, the track is melodic and harmonic in the bridges and riffs.
