VIRTUALISATION

La virtualisation d'un instrument de musique consiste à enregistrer en haute définition chaque note produit par cet instrument.

Après traitement de ces échantillons et la réalisation d'un fichier de définition de l'instrument (ODF).

L'utilisation du logiciel GrandOrgue permet de jouer à l'identique l'instrument original.

The virtualization of a musical instrument consists in recording in high definition each note produced by this instrument.

After processing these samples and creating an instrument definition file (ODF).

Using the GrandOrgue software allows you to play the original instrument identically.

1ère Etape: l'enregistrement des notes.

1st Step: recording notes.

2ème Etape: le fichier à découper note par note.

2nd Step: the file to be cut note by note.

3ème Etape: Une note découpée, la partie noire est l'attaque, la partie bleue est une boucle dans laquelle le logiciel reste tant que l'on appuie sur une touche du clavier MIDI et saute à la fin de la boucle dès que l'on relâche la touche.

3rd Stage: A cut note, the black part is the attack, the blue part is a loop in which the software remains as long as a key is pressed on the MIDI keyboard and jumps to the end of the loop as soon as the the key is released.

4ème Etape: l'extrémité de la note appelé relâchement qui correspond au son produit après avoir relâché la touche et qui dépend de lieu de l'enregistrement donc de la réverbération (Chambre, chapelle, église etc...)

4th Stage: the end of the note called release which corresponds to the sound produced after having released the key and which depends on the place of the recording therefore of the reverberation (Room, chapel, church etc...)

5ème Etape: Réalisation avec un logiciel photo des masques nécessaires au fonctionnement de l'instrument virtuel.

(Plusieurs masques en fonction du nombre d'onglets de la navigation latérale)

5th Stage: Realization with photo software of the masks necessary for the functioning of the virtual instrument.

(Several masks depending on the number of side navigation tabs)

Chaque touche d'une octave du clavier virtuel fait l'objet d'une image enfoncé et relaché.

Each key of an octave of the virtual keyboard is the subject of an image pressed and released.

De même les commandes de registre font l'objet d'une double image tiré et repoussé.

Likewise the register commands are subject to a pulled and pushed double image.

6ème Etape: La réalisation du fichier de définition de l'orgue (ODF) qui va donner les instructions au logiciel GrandOrgue pour piloter l'instrument virtuel. (Ici un bref extrait de la partie définissant les touches du clavier)

6th Step: Creation of the organ definition file (ODF) which will give instructions to the GrandOrgue software to control the virtual instrument. (Here a brief extract of the part defining the keys of the keyboard)

7ème Etape: La réalisation d'un dossier sur l'ordinateur contenant tous les éléments d'images de la console, du dossier Data contenant tous les échantillons sonores, le dossier Métronome contenant les images, les sons du métronome et le fichier ODF (ici 001-24bits ..)

7th Step: The creation of a folder on the computer containing all the image elements of the console, the Data folder containing all the sound samples, the Metronome folder containing the images, the sounds of the metronome and the ODF file (here 001-24bits..)
