The International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation (IPSF) is the leading international advocacy group for pharmacy students in 70 countries worldwide. IPSF's initiatives focus on public health, pharmacy education, and professional development through participation in international public health campaigns with organizations like WHO at various IPSF conferences. At the UMN College of Pharmacy, we have participated in WHO's World Immunization Week, World Mental Health Day, World AIDS Day, American Red Cross blood drives, and more. In the past, students have had the opportunity to attend the International Pharmaceutical Federation's World Congress. We have also hosted exchange students to introduce them to the US pharmacy education experience, as well as provide shadowing experiences with pharmacists in Minnesota.
