Chapter 2: Understanding Store Performance
Now that you have learnt how to access the different reports, it is important to understand how your shop and products are performing. This can be done by looking at your sales and top selling products over a time period.
In this lesson, you'll learn how to examine your shop performance, identify your top selling products, and how to improve sales strategies.
To get a quick overview of your shop's performance over time, you can select the dates under the Date range tab to view the trend chart.
The chart date range can be grouped according to Day, Week or Month. The Comparison Date Range allows sellers to compare performance of SKUs between 2 date ranges. These will provide you with an understanding of your shop's sales over a specific period.
With this data, you can understand your shop's performance to see if your current or past sales strategies, such as Simple Promotions or Complex Promotions, were successful in bringing in more sales.
For example, you may want to see how participating in Fairprice Marketplace's campaigns has affected your sales after a week.
💡 Tip
Filter the data according to your preferred time period as accurately as possible with the combination of the Date Range tab with Day, Week or Month.
You'll need to understand which products are performing better, and which ones to increase exposure in order to enhance your sales strategies.

Quantity Sold
